The new Pavilion Hotel, formerly the Pavilion Lodge, 14 steps from the beach, is being completely renovated and remodeled for a grand reopening June 2010. The upscale design will take advantage of the garden courtyard area by creating private patios for most of the ground level rooms. Amenities will be upgraded in all 71 rooms and the new hotel will offer two luxury suites with ocean views.
